Eligibility Requirements
To receive a rebate share, owners must be enrolled in the program through the Five Star Buying Group and remain in good standing. This includes having no outstanding balances owed to corporate, staying compliant with all required reporting, attending the Home Services Summit (HSS), and using only approved vendors.

Yes. Enrollment is required for each individual vendor program to ensure proper tracking, reporting, and rebate eligibility.
Rebates are calculated based on your actual usage of enrolled vendor programs. In years when we host an annual conference, rebate payments are distributed at the conference. In years without a conference, rebate payments are issued in Q1 of the following year.
Rebate percentages vary by vendor and program, typically ranging from 0.5% up to 15% of net spend. Detailed rebate statements will be provided alongside each cash payment for full transparency.
Non-compliance may result in loss of eligibility for rebate shares until all requirements are met. Please note, we will work with you and your brand leadership to get compliant, so you don't miss out on the cash!
Rebate eligibility is based on actual usage and reported spend, so rebates will reflect the level of participation.
